App Features and Performance
The enhanced application is very very loaded. I like the features that have been introduced. My favorite feature is the biometric login and travel notifications. The ease with which transfers can be conducted is great.

Well Done Zenith Bank! The enhanced Z-Mobile App is user friendly, has exciting features and I recommend it to everyone who wants a modern yet easy to use banking app.
Worst bank.
It’s safe to say that this is the worst bank app I’ve ever seen. You generate token but can’t use to complete money transfers.
UI Redesign Excitement
Got scared whiles updating the “old” Z-Mobile App but afterwards, I realized this new one is the ish.
The User Interface and Experience is top notch and to see “Zenith Bank Ghana” in full as the app name is a + for me.

This app for some reason logged me out and for close to one year my login details do not work.

It’s bout high time you updated your banking app cos if I should compare zenith to another banking app, zenith is way far back when it come to update...it’s been 3 yrs since the app was lunch and up till now nothing has been done with the update...this is totally bad
Difficulty in login
It is very difficult to login to the app. Most it doesn’t work. Please work on it
Technical difficulty?
Today is my first time using this app and it has been stressful. Took my 5 ‘Timed Out’ and ‘Invalid’ to get a beneficiary added. Now, transferring money is hell!! I have tried 15times and when I finally get to the last step, it says Transfer Failed...many times.
I have sent a message to the EMail given to make enquiries and yet no response.
I’m not sure if I’m ready to call customer care and wait for hours before a pick up only to be asked to go back to the bank to have these fixed after spending an hour of working hours waiting in line to have it done.

You guys need to update your app, you can’t use it to make transactions or anything expect to check your balance, upgrade the app!!!

Nice app. But kindly update for iPhone X please. It would help some a lot.
Lacking key features
- no fingerprint integration for login and transaction authorizations
- cannot setup recurring transactions
- bill payment is limited
