I get the point that it’s difficult to get someone to be on time when you do a last minute booking. But 3 hours delay??? Even when I book 1 day in advance???

You are not able to control how much time driver spends during the trip during per-minute drives.
In my case, daytime trip Dubai-Sharjah took 110 minutes, usually it takes 50-60 minutes.
When I raised this with support team they responded with copy-paste response and relied on drivers words.
I was lucky to have WhatsApp message from garage manager, accepting car to the service, which was dates 15 minutes before driver ended the trip.
But this evidence was only sufficient for dispute of 15 minutes, however I think case when driver is not finishing per-minute trip intentionally should leave to in-depth investigation.
The biggest frustration is support team using copy-paste messages without proper investigation.

I am using their services for the last three years. It is very difficult to reach customer support services and lots of issues in their app/portal. There is a strong need for improvement.

Flexible and much convenient
There are a few unmatched benefits with this service in Dubai. My family can drive in the comfort of our own car when I’m not available to drive. For us, the child seat is non negotiable- that pretty much puts taxi booking apps out of consideration. Moreover, I do not plan in advance, since they arrive within 10 minutes usually wherever I’m. I also found them helpful driving me back from Abu Dhabi to Dubai after a tiring working day there.

Support Needs Improvement
Unfortunately the support needs improvement. It’s difficult getting quick support when needed, even during normal hours outside of the busy hours. Additionally the driver could literally be 30 minutes away and they still show you a 5-10 minute pickup time which is not true. Needs improvement.

Drivers accepting rides and then asking you to cancel as they are too far away and then it charges you with AED 15 to cancel the ride. Very unprofessional and needs addressing.

Horrible quality drivers and the worst customer service
Useless in Abu Dhabi
Tried this app in Abu Dhabi and only got drivers from Dubai accepting my request. They don’t seem to be able to recognise the pick up location properly. Totally waste of time.
Long delays and cancellations
We have used the app multiple times with mixed service. Unfortunately it seems drivers can cancel jobs even after they’ve been booked and accepted, which left us waiting 2 hours for a ride even after we had specifically pre booked to avoid such problems. The drivers are great once you get them but unfortunately the company seems more interested in profits than customer service. Very disappointed.
