Not able to search BNI events
I’m attending BNI events regularly but every time myself and lot other members are not able to search the upcoming event. Like I had attended BNI INC Jaipur 2026 and now attending MMD 2026 but not able to see the event in search.
Proud of the Growth
As a very proud Zoho client for over 16 years, I have watched the evolution of this company and app. I was very disappointed at the beginning of this app, but I realize that you guys are touching on every aspect of business, and I’m so proud of you guys. Keep up the good work.
Crashes
Crashes every time I try to load my event. Useless for the event unless they fix it immediately.
Error prone app
Too many errors to use the app reliably.
Worked for one day
Unfortunately, the day it worked was before the conference began. In the days leading up to it, it would crash as soon as it was opened. Deleted and reinstalled with no luck. Even the bug reporting option is broken. Terrible.

Incredible App
Zoho has brought almost every feature from their custom backstage website to this amazing app. As an exhibitor to have a scanner for badge QR codes and our own special pages visible within the app are so helpful, including all the networking features they offer as well. I also like that one gets access to the gamification features inside the app. Great job Zoho, I look forward to seeing how this app matures. Keep up the great work.

Useless
In terms of utility at a conference this app is about as useless as it gets.
It seems to just be a website long on no different than if I logged in through a browser.
It is a shame because the app experience diminishes the conference.

This service/app hasn’t arrived yet. It took me several minutes to finally figure out that having the browsers that Zohobackstage recommend isn’t enough on a mobile device. You have to get their app. But, you you get the app only to find out it doesn’t work with the event you are attending and that you just missed 10 minutes of the presentation just trying in vain to make it work. I’m sure it feels cool to have an app, but sometimes it is a complete waste of time and other resources. Zohobackstage should just make their service work in a mobile browser. There is hella precedent for this. And there is no compelling reason not to.

This app doesn’t open or work via phone USELESS
This is the most ridiculous app and is not user friendly. It has been such a waste of time and frustrating trying to watch a conference. I had to go in through a computer. It simply is terrible!

The app resets you to the conference home page every time you minimize it. You are better off opening the conference website in a browser.
You can’t copy text either which is essential for making notes.

App won’t work
Similar to what others have written, the app constantly closes when trying to enter events. Just simply doesn’t work.
Never loaded the video. What is the point of this app?
