Creating content
Poor mobile experience
- you can’t access your saved templates
- there is no easy delete to a section in the current template making it very difficult to even simply type text and send a basic email

What is the point of the app?

Great app but some important functionality is limited/glitchy.
Here are the two main limitations I’m struggling with:
- Can’t add or change the subject to anything with a % sign (it says server error if you do). Pretty important if you’re advertising a sale. Can’t even successfully clone a previous campaign that has a % in the subject line without the aforementioned error.
- Can’t add or change any sender name/address on a new campaign or a clone campaign edit. If you do it also results in server error.

With regard to adding/changing the subject, we will be rolling out a fix in our upcoming update and this should sort the issue for you. With regard to the scenario that you had reported with adding/changing a sender name/address, ideally this should not be the case. We would like to get an insight into the issue. Pointless except to get notifications
App offers a “Clone Campaign” button, click on it and add the list and click done. Click “send for review” it said “cannot send because no lists selected”
Utterly useless

willi-k, thank you for updating the review. You can edit all the basic info added to the campaign except for the template/preview created on the web. However, you can edit the mobile created templates from both mobile and web. We are working on smoothening the ?UX and will have this addressed in our updates over time. With regard to associating mailing lists we faced a minor glitch in associating mailing lists where the added lists were not getting synced to the server. This is now addressed.
