Customer service
I’ve been trying to cancel for a long time. They sent me instructions that are incorrect and do not lead me to an actual cancellation page. Customer service is pretty much not useful.

Just want to receive business emails without errors
Zoho mail worked perfectly for me up until recently. Now my SPF is disabled due to some issue I have no clue about. Now I can’t access my business email account which I require to run my consulting business. Now I have to tell clients to email my generic gmail address and can’t get the help I need from helpdesk unless I upgrade to a higher paid account. Frustrated

Can’t recommend
I have used Zoho for 5 yrs now. It was great for the ability to create additional user emails. I have had my mail blocked for incoming/outgoing several times without an easy fix to upgrade storage. I have to go through and delete emails. Many times it will log me out on laptop and send PW reset to the email it prevents me receiving mail instead of my phone.

Tabs are not easily accessible and the System is not friendly
Shared Mailbox Issues
1) Can’t delete phishing / spam in shared mailboxes.
2) No access to messages marked as spam.
3) Cannot easily check actual URL of link.
This means major security risks.
Makes this almost useless.
Please don’t reply telling me to contact support.
Update: Got a reply saying it is possible. Not seeing this anywhere.
I only see: Add to favorites, Watch, Copy Permalink, Tas as…
Note: I am talking about **Shared** mailboxes.

Can’t sign in on any other device without OneAuth, which requires a push notification, before it will authorise use on another device, which I can’t get because OneAuth requires a push notification!!!

To much spam.
Entirely too much spam. They sell your info and your paid mail account is covered in spam. To boot there spam filters don’t work either.

I’ve stopped getting my emails after running my entire business, and personal emails through this site!!!! I’ve missed incredibly important information costing me thousands of dollars!!!
Small error in calendar widget
Hi, I’ve noticed a display error in the calendar widget. I have my calendar options set to Monday as the week’s starting day. The calendar widget has adjusted the day numbers and the highlighted day to reflect that but, has not adjusted the headings (S, M, T, W, etc) showing Sunday as the week’s start. For example, today is Sunday but the column for today’s dotted day reads “Saturday.”
