To much spam.
Entirely too much spam. They sell your info and your paid mail account is covered in spam. To boot there spam filters don’t work either.

I’ve stopped getting my emails after running my entire business, and personal emails through this site!!!! I’ve missed incredibly important information costing me thousands of dollars!!!
Small error in calendar widget
Hi, I’ve noticed a display error in the calendar widget. I have my calendar options set to Monday as the week’s starting day. The calendar widget has adjusted the day numbers and the highlighted day to reflect that but, has not adjusted the headings (S, M, T, W, etc) showing Sunday as the week’s start. For example, today is Sunday but the column for today’s dotted day reads “Saturday.”

I created by mistake a problem with my email service settings and CS helped me to solved it out. Thank you!

Account not accessible…inactive after just 10 days
They my account inactive after I recently opened it. No support. No acknowledgment. No ticket for support. I keep contacting them. They detached my cell number from the account too. I’m testing out the free Zoho email before purchasing an upgrade but this is a nightmare. They need to acknowledge me and fix things fast. I need to trust them.

App interface keeps blinking
The UI when opened has been flashing lately. I have to close it entirely and open again before it gets stable. It happens quite often which I think is a bug. I have video of it if you want it to investigate and fix the issue.
Great service with Horrible UX
Zoho is a good mail service, but the app UX is just horrible, like a software engineer also designed the app.

Useless customer service
Impossible to get access to the account because of lost of 2FA app. CS is asking me to send an email from my impossible to reach Zoho account. They are laughing just in front of my face. Very unprofessional.
