App suddenly stopped working

It was working perfectly and It just died suddenly and all my work is gone. I can not even log in or log out.

Loads of bugs

It’s really useful having this as an app as it allows me to plan my work tasks whilst on the go. But I use the calendar view a lot as it’s the easiest way for us to plan out our projects and tasks, but more often than not, refreshing the calendar just randomly removes all the tasks and events from view and I can’t get them back without closing the app down. No matter how many times I reset the filters, the tasks don’t reappear. The desktop version is absolutely fine, but I have had some instances where because the app has removed certain tasks from view I don’t realise I have upcoming deadlines. Super inconvenient and can cause mistakes.

Ok but slow

The app is on but it is too slow unfortunately. Also on kanban view when you add a task you have to refresh to see the task.

Terrible for mobile

The app is infested with bugs. Countless support requests and empty promises of updates have resulted in no progress.

Time saver

I am revisiting Zoho Projects after awhile. The ease of use and the intuitive interface make a great first impression; I am diving deeper into the software.

Close but…

Works OK, but seems to be missing features such as being able to multi-select Timesheets for approval, which when you have a large team makes this unusable.

Does this even work?

I got an invite from my company multiple times, each time I’ve clicked the link in my email it goes through the account creation process. After doing so I sign into the app only to see that it’s a free access version only and my companies projects aren’t listed. I’m also the only one in “my project” seriously, what’s the point of this?

Not very useful

If you use the program on your computer, you get used to a bunch of different capabilities. The computer version of the program is fantastic. The app for your phone is good to see what needs to be done but terms of project management. It’s pretty much useless.

Constant log outs, only shows jobs
Sometimes. Absalute garbage and wouldnt recomend it to anyone!!

App is buggy

App recently crashes every time i open it. Looks like limited development is done. Please improve

Existing time cannot be seen weekly or the prior weeks

Don’t trust a system that doesn’t keep a record for the contractor to see what time has been tuned in

Very buggy, crashes, doesn’t sync

In my role I use the app primarily for issue tracking. Clicking on items in the Notifications list crashes the app about 25% of the time. I have crash reporting turned on in the settings so maybe they are getting them. The My Issues list hardly ever syncs with the server, I often have to go into Settings and reset the app to force it to pull down the current list.
