Efficient and Effective Platform for Entrepreneurs
I have been using Zoho workplace for several months and I love it! I don’t believe it’s perfect but it is effective in providing all of the necessary tools to operate your business. I love having a shared drive where I can store documents for my staff to easily view, my Therapist have their own personal meeting spaces for therapy sessions as well for our monthly team meetings, their is a writer Ai tool that’s helpful in writing any third of document, and Cliq is a great option for instant messaging. Overall I rate this app A-

Promising but not yet
Workspace shows a lot of promise but currently falls short of the single-sign-on and seamless app experience I expect from something at Microsoft’s level.
After launching Workspace I had to install individual apps (Sheets, Writer, etc.) and sign into each separately using app codes/OTP. This is frustrating — why can’t all your apps use the same SSO session by default, with the option to use a different account if needed?
Similarly, cloud storage should be shared and accessible across all apps (so files and attachments open from the same unified drive). Right now the experience feels fragmented and creates avoidable friction for users.
Overall the product is close, but smoothing out SSO, session persistence and a shared cloud storage will make it truly competitive.

A typical desi app with complications like not signing in as no account on computer. Couldn't even open account

ZOHO seems to have forgotten about this app. It doesn’t work. Sign is just loop and never goes anywhere
It’s just a shortcut app.
Honestly, it’s a bit disappointing. I thought it would be able to do more. To get all the functionality of Zoho Workplace, you have to install a bunch of different apps. Zoho Workplace just acts as a shortcut tool (and search). I mean, I get it, but it feels a little pointless. Maybe l’ll see the point if I use it more.

Not sure why this is rated so low
After reading these reviews I can’t understand how this app can be rated so low. It is extremely helpful and intuitive while providing all the tools I need right at my fingertips. I used Zoho years ago and am excited to see how much development has happened since I last used their products. Keep up the great work!

Terrible
I think its generally their entire operation.
First I was unable to register the domain that they told me was eligible to register. Now I’m trying to resolve the issue by confirming all my emails with them and I cant cause this app doesnt even open. I mean I click on it and it closes right back. Judging on the previous review couple months ago with the same issue. Yeah.. they dont care.
Im getting a refund for my domain and closing ky account. Dont even waste your time

Fix your app
The app was working fine until I signed in, then the app crashed and now I can’t even open the app without it crashing. I’ve seen your responses to these reviews and you say that you’ll work on it and those reviews are from a while ago, they still aren’t fixed

I bought a domain wanted to log in it keeps telling me to verify code! When I haven’t even log in! How will I check code in the email that you aren’t letting me log in to!

Good but only for managed devices
I think the app is great it brings all of Zoho workplace into one, my only thought is that it’s just links to open other apps, for a managed device where you only want users to be able to access these apps I think it would be an amazing tool but for a shortcut on your everyday phone maybe it’s just quicker to search and open the apps like you would normally

No Apps Showing
When I login I get a message that states, “Sorry, no didn’t find any apps for your account.” I’ve logged out and back in several times and deleted the app. I’ve downloaded again and still the same message. The app is useless in its current form. I’ve sent messages for help with no response.
