Zokito

Zokito is a food delivery platform that enables parents or guardians to pre-order hygienic, balanced, and freshly prepared meals for school-going children, which are delivered directly to their classroom during lunch hours, by downloading, accessing, or using the Zokito mobile application. Zokito operates only in Partner Schools where prior permission has been granted by school authorities. If a school is not yet partnered, services may be unavailable or restricted. Zokito facilitates: - The pre-ordering of daily, weekly tiffins and monthly for school children. - Healthy, fresh, and balanced meals prepared under strict hygiene standards. - Delivery directly to the child’s classroom during lunch breaks. Users can browse the daily or weekly menu and select meals through the app. Orders must be placed before the daily cutoff time displayed on the app. Once payment is successfully made, users will receive a confirmation via app notification, SMS, or email. Users can modify or cancel orders before the cutoff time only. Post cutoff, orders are sent for preparation and cannot be modified or cancelled. All meals are prepared in FSSAI-licensed kitchens using fresh and quality ingredients. Strict hygiene, temperature, and packaging standards are followed. Zokito delivers meals only to authorized school campuses during lunchtime. Each meal is labelled with the child’s name, class, and division for identification.
