I have been trying for several days to get my restaurant reactivated and live on the Zomato platform. I have already renewed my FSSAI license, updated the details on the Zomato Restaurant Partner app, and submitted all the required documents.

However, despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, I have not received any response or resolution. This delay is affecting my business and causing unnecessary inconvenience.

I kindly request you to review my case on priority and reactivate my restaurant as soon as possible. Please let me know if any additional information or documents are required from my side.

Receiving Notifications but No Order is showing

Getting notification of new order by whatsapp and call but when I open the app, no order is showing. Need to checking order in another phone. Very Bad experience

This app in ios wrost not at all working it’s not able to login after enter mobile number otp will receive but it will keep loding more then 1 hour even it will not login very sad

Worst app ever. Don’t use for cloud kitchen

Worst app right now. I have been calling then since 3 days non stop and no one is picking up my call. My restaurant is not high ranking even after 4star rating and 25% grow max ad. There is zero sales since last 2 weeks. Will never recommend to anyone.

What do you mean by no response on status confirmation alert? You’re sending this message on WhatsApp and turning off my restaurant all day. Why should I confirm when you can automatically open my restaurant? Are you listening to me? Why would I confirm every day to you to open my restaurant where you supposed to automatically open? You think I have time? Pathetic app
