What is code E 1001? I just started playing and now I’m unable to play your game. The game started out great but now such a bummer!!!!
Account deleted, money lost.
Absolutely loved the game, got to 6 million power. Then went on the game, and I couldn’t, my account had a “violation” and i couldn’t get on. I did nothing wrong and had my account suspended with no information or explanation. I spent money on this game, how do I get that refunded?
Updated- so they replied saying it was a bug and to message them…I’ve sent three tickets all asking for clarification of what I’d done wrong and me asking to see anything related to what I was meant to have done. I didn’t get my account back or un-suspended. They told me I had broken the game rules.
Before you spend your money here be aware you can lose access to your account at any point. I went to the AppStore explained what had happened and got refunded. I think I’ve tried to reach out enough (3 separate times) I think if this is something you’re genuinely interested in fixing, it’s about time you reach out to me, and all the other players affected by this “bug”.

All cutscenes and voice acting is obvious AI slop.
Another clone
Another war game that is the same as the other 50. Chinese developers love making these type of games. Come up with something new.

Buggy definitely wouldn’t spend!
Fun game but extremely buggy! Devs and staff call all the bugs intended game mechanics. Even with multiple screenshots as if gamers wish to reach out to these people over playing!

Gutes Spiel aber viel zu viel nebenbei finde ich. Helden ausbilden, anziehen und Kräfte verleihen ,Kämpfer trainieren und Stärken für den Kampf. Häuser bauen und erweitern. Tägliche Herausforderungen schaffen. Die Dorfbewohner bei Laune halten. Akademie gründen und alles verbessern. Kriege führen, Allianzen gründen uvm. ich finde es sehr viel und viel Zeit nimmt es in Anspruch. Aber sonst gut 👍🏻

Must do step by step in order. Typical p2w. Whales can have fun attacking whomever they like. If you aren’t a member of a bully alliance stomping all the f2p players you will be hating the game.

Trash game
I have several phone games on my phone and this is the first one I downloaded that said I have a connection problem when I obviously don’t. After closing and reopening the game, it just sits on the opening screen, permanently. Absolute trash.
Random suspension
Update July 13: heard back on another one of my tickets about my account suspension and have yet to hear why I was suspended in the first place, but they refuse to help me in any capacity so save yourself time and money. If you spend it don’t bother dealing with this team here.
Update July 10: I followed your direction and submitted a ticket in game but it still won’t let me past loading screen.
I never like these type of games and I finally find one that I like and spend money on it and my account gets suspended for no reason. Pay to win
Game makes it look like you’ll be defending your town from zombie hordes. That is a minimal part of the actual game. The reality is the game is a PvP / town vs town / clan vs clan type game where you either pay to get stronger, pay to shield, or get rolled over.
Account Suspended
Just started playing, spent money and now logging back online and it says account suspended due to violation. I am lodging complaint with apple and also asking them for refunds from all my purchases from earlier today. Ridiculous and scam.
Love the game, but has technical issues
I started playing ZomlineSurvival probably about two weeks ago and at first the game was really good. It kept me interested in coming back daily. I actually still have a 14 day streak, but the problem with the game is the most recent updates have caused a glitch within the city to wear the resources are no longer making their way through the City Hall and to the wall, and there is no longer zombies to fight at the wall. Along with that, I also see no current way to heal my cities’s health after it has been attacked. I have healed all but 60 of my dead infantry and my cities’s health is still at half. I have had a shield in place for three days. If they fix the technical issues, then this game would be perfect.
