Needs update
Works fine but it should have an option to save zoo membership in the app without having to create an account. There should be an option to upload zoo Miami membership to Apple wallet and let employees scan from phone instead of a physical card.
It’s not user error
I downloaded the app thinking the issue with the map was resolved with the last update. I was wrong! The issue continues to persist as stated by other users. The app does not allow me to buy tickets either. It redirects me back to the same page over and over. This app needs a major overhaul! Like I said in the title, it’s definitely not user error!

App crashes
Every time I use the map feature the app crashes. Please fix.
Terrible
App totally shuts down and crashes when you tap the “map” icon. Useless.
Map still crashing the app
Just downloaded this app and the map feature is still making the app crash! It would be great if it got fixed and updated!
