Delivery drivers can’t seem to find a sequentially numbered house on a main street and the ap doesn’t let them call or message so they cancel. Waste of time.

App not working after update
Had used this twice, then on opening the app yesterday was told needed to update the app. Now after updating it’s logged me out and cannot get past the login screen. Can’t place an order which is very disappointing and frustrating.
A great service
Been using Zoom for ages. The food is first class and deliveries are always within the time stated. I was delighted they operated on Christmas Day too. Delivery charges are very reasonable so the whole service is well worth using.

Makes food shopping really convenient
Ive been really pleased with this service so far. The range of food available at not unreasonable prices has been a pleasant surprise. I live on my own and struggle to meet the minimum spend on mainstream supermarket deliveries in the rare occasions I’m organised enough to order that far ahead. Ocado zoom is providing a v convenient alternative filling the gap between the astronomically priced <1hr delivery services and the mainstream supermarket offering. So far haven’t even noticed a difference in price between this and my usual food shop.

Thank you for continuing to offer a fast delivery grocery service for London, when the competitors couldn’t make it work. It’s a brilliant service and was always the best of the bunch anyway. The best thing about Zoom is not having to worry about substitutions after placing your order.
My go to delivery service
I discovered this service in 2025 and am very happy with it. Zoom became my go to grocery delivery app. It’s always timely, supplies fresh produce from Ocado and M&S, the drivers are always extremely nice as well. As a woman living alone, it’s been a massive time and effort saver for me. Thank you, Zoom team!

Overpriced
The prices are 20-30% higher compared to online groceries stores and supermarkets. Bleach, toilet rolls, Greek yogurt and more as an example. I don’t see the value of using this and overpaying by so much instead of using Ocado.
Really strange ap
Delivery never came. Unable to track delivery. Spoke to someone on the live chat who said it’s being delivered by Deliveroo so he can’t check it. He also said from his end he thinks it’ll be cancelled. Same experience as others on this ap. very weird
Very Good Experience!
I placed my first order with Zoom by Ocado and loved it. The service was super fast, they had everything in stock, and the quality was great. The delivery driver was also very friendly. I’ll definitely keep ordering my weekly groceries from here. Highly recommended!

Misleading and Scam Voucher
I got a voucher for 20% off plus free delivery. I put together a whole shop. Spent twenty minutes going through and finding everything. Had to scroll down to check ingredients as I have allergies. Took a while.
I go to put the code in and… “Sorry, we can not process your voucher code at this time” the code was DINNER20, valid to today.
So they’re relying on sunk cost fallacy to get me to pay anyway.
Screw you. You’ve just alienated a customer who’ll never use your services.
