Horrible
This is one of the most underperforming applications that is available on the App Store. There are frequent crashes, delete personal information, already stored in the app, and communication issues for both the user and client. Please avoid all cost and utilize Microsoft teams instead which is a lot more stable platform.

Pleaser keep this app up to date.
This app has been great but there are some issues that have resolved in the normal Zoom application. I just wish they would keep this BlackBerry version of the app up to date so I wouldn’t have to wait so long to have some of these bugs fixed
Performance inconsistency to share screen in iPad
Sometimes it can show for a few mins. However, I fail to share another screen next time.
Call jumpy
Bandwidth was good, call jumpy on iPAD
Audio issues
If I switch the audio device after initially connecting- I am unable to connect or get sound at all without leaving and redoing the meeting.
need to update to sign in but no update
Asked to update to newer version to sign in but there is no update, cannot attend any meeting!
Automatic hand-raising
It seems that there is new functionality which is causing the “hand-raised” icon to appear on my screen automatically. I think it may be being triggered by noise or maybe movement my end. I now have to investigate how to switch it off. I would have liked to have been warned of the new functionality and given the option of disabling it, rather than my hand going up several times in the meeting before I worked out what was happening. It unnecessarily interrupted the flow of the meeting but could have been much worse if the meeting had not simply been a team catch-up.

Virtual background for iPad Air 2
Hi team - please urgently roll out virtual background for iPad Air 2 immediately. No reason why this can’t be replicated given its available in iPad 5 and pro.
Good other than Wifi/cell handoff
The app needs the functionality to be able to hand-off the internet connection on iPhone from my home wifi to cellular when I leave my house. Presently it drops, and takes a couple minutes to reconnect via cellular. Some other apps manage this better.

Call log and saving frequent rooms
It would be even better if we could save meeting rooms (with their password...) such that we could quickly rejoin frequent places, and see a history of calls/rooms we joined previously
