Work group

How do I manage my work group? I only see the items with my name on them - not what I support. Can I add my work group to my home tab? Is this whole app for reporting to the support teams for the once a year issues that a user may see? It does not seem very interactive like the web version. This is a sad preset, highly limited, view and I don’t see any analytics.
