Not great and they block you for no reason
This isn’t the greatest app I’ve tried. It has glitches. But the biggest issue is I’ve only had my subscription for a week and they suddenly blocked it with no reason provided. There is nothing questionable on my profile and I’ve only messaged a few people. None of the messages contained anything combative argumentative or sexual. I do not recommend this app to anyone. What a waste of money. I emailed them about this on Friday. It’s now Tuesday evening and I have yet to receive a response.

Single for a reason
Do not use this app. It’s the same old men or fake profiles. For a paid app this is rubbish, can’t even get a response from the customer care support team, they take your money and don’t respond! Can’t even post an up to date review.
I hate the new update
I’ve been using Zoosk on and off for a few years but the update sucks!
I have 3 members in my chat I cannot get rid of (blocked before the update) and an error message comes up saying it’s an error in the background.
I agree the site needs updating but this isn’t it. You cannot see who viewed you & most profiles haven’t been updated due to the latest update.
Even the distance is off.
I won’t be renewing my subscription.

The worst thing about zoosk dating app.
The ethnicity and body type selection has been removed from dating filter when zoosk was reconstructed.
Terrible
Didn’t even have my account open for less than 5 minutes and said I was blocked due to some activity on my account. I haven’t done anything. I was flagged for no reason. I just want to find love and I won’t on this app.
New update trash
I have been a member for quite sometime. Spoke with few that seemed genuine and few bad eggs. With the new update; less features, no price reduction. Will be deleting. Not worth it anymore. Tacky.
Waste of money, waste of time
It wasn’t a great out to start with, but now that they made upgrades and fixes, they’ve just made it worse. It is a worthless useless app.
Update is horrible
The new update is horrible and you cannot see who likes you or who you liked. It looks like you went backwards instead of forward with technology and it looks like a kid designed the new update to the app.
Terrible since last update
Zoosk used to be ok, now it sucks since last update. Cannot block people, no more seeing who viewed you, locals not showing up on searches or who is online as much. Terrible, negative 5 stars now 🤬
Mostly scammers, no customer service
Lots of scammers (not real, or not who they say they are). Recent “improvement” absolutely sucks. Can’t get hold of a human for customer support

I signed up for a month subscription to see what was out there. Totally disappointed with too many inactive accounts, and pics I remembered from a couple of years ago when I was last on. Ten of the members I responded to, only two were actually online and active. Do not recommend since even after the update, there’s no REAL members, most are off the platform. Go elsewhere this site is a sketchy.

New version sucks
Constantly have to approve Terms and conditions. Every time opening. Cannot ask or remove people from my search can only message or view profile horrible version, and release will make me not use it any longer.

I just joined. They had an update. It wouldn’t let me sign back in now. I have two memberships and there’s like nobody in there now they used to be 1300 people in my area now there’s and the app is glitchy. Can’t say I would recommend these guys. They just canceled to get it together.
Updating glitch
I ran the update as you recommended and it completely erased my whole profile along with any likes i may have received
July 2026 zoosk app update = pay more money
I had access to everything on zoosk accept for “coins “ , now that they have implemented a tiered system, I now have to pay extra to see photos of women who liked & to read messages, be careful! Potential subscribers, it’s a money grabbing scam , look elsewhere. 💰💰💰
Saved matches gone after update
Updated app and connections are now gone! Having to pay such a high amount (especially for a month) is ridiculous.

The update on 6/29/2026 ruined the site, we get less features without a reduction in price, no longer user friendly
