Terrible since last update
Zoosk used to be ok, now it sucks since last update. Cannot block people, no more seeing who viewed you, locals not showing up on searches or who is online as much. Terrible, negative 5 stars now 🤬 Since update, about 90% scammers/fakes. This update was suppose to help elimiate this……NOT!
I Deleted My Account 4 months early - Just Doesn’t Work
The search function leaves a lot to be desired and as of 7/26/2026, it hasn’t worked for two weeks. There are a ton of abandoned profiles. I have yet to determine what the Smartpick and Carousel sections are supposed to do. Total waste of money!
8/5/2026 - update. I gave up. So annoyed by this app, I deleted my account despite having 4 months left on my subscription. Save yourself!

Horrible
All the profiles that match with you, are bots. No conversation just ghosts. Don’t waste your money or your time. I made the big mistake. Bumble is a better app.
NOT HAPPY
I paid good money for a subscription, and this app keeps showing me people that are a literally a continent away! Their search parameter options are “myth” and they don’t even come close to showing you people in your area or people according to the parameters you enter into the app. I’ll never buy this again and it’s nothing but bad recommendations from here on …

I tried to send a message to the support group of Zoosk. And it says ticket failed to send. Very frustrating. The search engine shows women not in my area.
TERRIBLE UPDATE
This app was okay till the latest update. It’s horrible now. I get all my matches coming from out of state no where near my 10 mile radius there is no customer service but yet they want to take your money. They should have left it the way it was at least it worked.

This website isn't reliable; it was down for a few days. It’s full of fake accounts and pretty much useless in Australia.
Not great and they block you for no reason
This isn’t the greatest app I’ve tried. It has glitches. But the biggest issue is I’ve only had my subscription for a week and they suddenly blocked it with no reason provided. There is nothing questionable on my profile and I’ve only messaged a few people. None of the messages contained anything combative argumentative or sexual. I do not recommend this app to anyone. What a waste of money. I emailed them about this on Friday. It’s now Tuesday evening and I have yet to receive a response.

Single for a reason
Do not use this app. It’s the same old men or fake profiles. For a paid app this is rubbish, can’t even get a response from the customer care support team, they take your money and don’t respond! Can’t even post an up to date review.
I hate the new update
I’ve been using Zoosk on and off for a few years but the update sucks!
I have 3 members in my chat I cannot get rid of (blocked before the update) and an error message comes up saying it’s an error in the background.
I agree the site needs updating but this isn’t it. You cannot see who viewed you & most profiles haven’t been updated due to the latest update.
Even the distance is off.
I won’t be renewing my subscription.

The worst thing about zoosk dating app.
The ethnicity and body type selection has been removed from dating filter when zoosk was reconstructed.

Didn’t even have my account open for less than 5 minutes and said I was blocked due to some activity on my account. I haven’t done anything. I was flagged for no reason. I just want to find love and I won’t on this app.
New update trash
I have been a member for quite sometime. Spoke with few that seemed genuine and few bad eggs. With the new update; less features, no price reduction. Will be deleting. Not worth it anymore. Tacky.
Waste of money, waste of time
It wasn’t a great out to start with, but now that they made upgrades and fixes, they’ve just made it worse. It is a worthless useless app.
Update is horrible
The new update is horrible and you cannot see who likes you or who you liked. It looks like you went backwards instead of forward with technology and it looks like a kid designed the new update to the app.

Mostly scammers, no customer service
Lots of scammers (not real, or not who they say they are). Recent “improvement” absolutely sucks. Can’t get hold of a human for customer support
