Stop Ads!!!!!!!!
Can’t watch my videos without seeing and watching ads. Very very disappointed. This must stop! I will tell everyone I know, including hundreds on Facebook etc. that ads are interrupting and ruining the video watching of birds. If this doesn’t stop within the next few days, my review on social media posts will indicate that this is a terrible product.

Camera- great, App- annoying
I got this as a gift and I love everything about it EXCEPT, my motion detection and bird detection keeps randomly toggling off! It’s so frustrating! It also used to identify birds for me but that randomly went away.

Customer service is a joke! They only say make sure your motion detection button is on! Well they are all on! This was a gift but if I had thought about purchasing I would have read reviews and just went on to look at other bird houses. I don’t recommend purchasing!

AI bird identification is poor
AI bird identification quit working after about a month. And no help from the support team to resolve the issue.

Worked for a few days when I got it six months ago. Tech-support largely ignored me for four months. They answer now, but are just giving me weekly lip service. I keep pressing mainly because they owe all of us an answer.

Love it
Got this birdfeeder for Christmas. A little tricky setting up Wi-Fi, but it works fine. I really love the clear photos. I identified some birds that I did not know before. Only thing is, when I first got it, it would identify which type of bird. There were these three little dots you could touch and the name and information of the bird would come up. It does not do that now and I don’t know how to fix it.🤷🏻♂️

Won’t identify birds
Used to identify birds that it captured on video. It no longer does that. Many other bird cam feeders do. I’m very disappointed.
Waste of money
I got this feeder for Christmas and bought the year subscription to download & be able to identify birds. It has completely stopped identifying birds and won’t save my videos anymore. Contacted customer service which was like a time lapse going round and round. Was promised that my issue was forwarded to professional support and have not heard back since. I’ve sent several more messages still with no response. Save your money & peace of mind Don’t Buy This Bird Feeder!!!!

Decent app but recently stopped identifying birds
The most recent update lost its ability to identify birds. Worked great while it had the ability.
I also paid for a 12 month subscription. As I do with all subscriptions, I stop auto-renewal. In this case, they cut-off my subscription immediately. I expect a refund if that how they play.

Won’t stay connected to the internet.
The device is in the house and still won’t stay connected to the internet. It also forces you to subscribe to a service to even use the device that doesn’t work..
Bird identification BAD
Bought subscription for the bird identification ONLY….. and it worked for ONLY the 1st month…. Was gonna use for other products in home but now concerned… would NOT buy until fixed…. Will write another review once it gets fixed

Got the birdfeeder at Christmas and got it set up. Subscribed so we could store the videos and have the functionality of identifying the birds. After about 30 days that function quit and they’re so called “customer service” a.k.a. AI cannot explain why. Customer service is horrible. You cannot talk to a live person. would not advise using this company or this app.

Broken Bird Identification
The software is simple and works at a basic level. Unfortunate that it requires a subscription in order to store and view videos, but the subscription is not outrageously priced, so fine. But for those of us with bird cameras, which we bought on the promise of automatic bird identification, the fact that this feature has mysteriously disappeared with no acknowledgement from the company is upsetting. Unlike others here, I have never even seen the feature working… I presume it went missing from version 2.0.0 of the app, which is the only version I’ve ever had. To Zoroiix: please, please fix this missing feature!

Upset consumer
I paid for a yearly ai bird detection subscription a few weeks ago and the feeder is not identifying birds. I contacted customer service through the app and no one responded to my questions. I checked the Q + A for my Zoroiix ai smart bird feeder on Amazon and Rufus advised that I look in the app to verify my subscription status. However, there is no way to do this within your app. I am very unhappy.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BROKE AFTER 6 MONTHS
Stopped being able to charge after 7 months. Worthless , can’t use. Customer service is the worst ever!!! Promised to send replacement and never received , must be AI to deal with because it’s like messaging in circles. No phone # to call either. I send a message every few days and can’t get a clear response . Irritating!

Not good at all
At first this app worked at identifying birds. Then it stopped. I went to my settings and set the app to cancel my subscription at the renewal date which is in 2027 but then I lost all functionality of the app and the time I paid!!! I had to pay for another year to get it back which is completely unacceptable. Would recommend any other bird feeder with webcam. Would not buy again.
