Slow and featureless
Very little control over camera functions and slow to load if at all. Notification settings turn off randomly!
Latest update has problems
Your latest update on the app has firstly caused the video viewing size to become smaller not full width anymore also for some reason the app is now using up all my iPhone storage 34gb in 6 days from a fresh install
Quality system poor app
Disappointed that the dvr wont go past 2025 and app keeps crashing saying signal is weak on a wired unit, major update needed
画質は良いが通信が遅い。
カメラを違うメーカーで2回ほど使用しましたが以前使用していたメーカーのアプリと比べると通信速度がかなり遅く感じます。
ただ、画質に関しては確実に良くなっていますのである程度は仕方ない部分があるのは理解出来るのですがそれにしても遅いと思います。
アプリの使い勝手もイマイチ複雑なのでその2点が改善されると尚良い商品になるかと思います。

Update broke ability to change camera intelligent detection settings. Still works on android not on IOS

Si pudiera le doy 0 no compren esta marca, 2 cámaras ya perdieron el color ahora son blanco y negro no puedo ver las cámaras cuando salgo de viaje desde mi teléfono, de principio todo bien, después se desconectó de todo ya traté y no hay manera de solucionarlo, total decepcionada, no la recomiendo para nada, No gastes tu dinero.

Cameras do not always load an app
A very frustrating app. I have eight cameras when I open the app I sometimes get two, sometimes six of the cameras, everything seems to be working at home, but whenever I use the app to look at the cameras, it does not connect to all of them. I’ve tried rebooting the system, reloading the app, updating the app. Nothing has worked so far.

Glitchy app and cameras go down often
In the first year, I’ve had to have the cameras rewired five times. I’m in the second year and I’ve already had them rewired twice. The app is glitchy. You can’t view videos for only a short period of time before the app completely close . You can’t store videos beyond one minute this company product and app sucks, and try to get in contact with someone is difficult because they are not in this country and you have to deal with email responses during the time that you’re sleeping and they’re awake.

They are good for the money but a little unstable on mobile connection
App Improvements
If the app can be viewed live with all the webcams together in one page would be great. Also I have cloud space and I have asked the app to save the streaming videos, however it still only save the parts where someone is moving in the camera. This can be improved and would be great also.

The stupidest app ever with terrible functionality. Do not buy these cameras and save yourself from the frustration.
Great value$
The best feature is when review detection photos from the base if you click on the photo the event plays automatically. The worst feature is remote view is default low resolution. You have to manually change the resolution to high every time you remotely, also detection photos are low resolution.
