Little Cat is Much Better + 5 Star Customer Service After Issues
Our little cat was kept in a rabbit cage for two years before we adopted her, and her fear of thunder was painful to see. She was unresponsive and as if she wasn’t unseeing, just locked in terror. She didn’t even respond to our big cat licking her head. (He didn’t usually do this.) But this July 4th? She licked a saucer with her favorite treat when some booms were still going on. She was scared and wanted to be in her safe place, but stayed responsive, sometimes sitting against my leg. Zoundz is not instant mashed potatoes, it’s a commitment, but we saw a bit of improvement at the second session, and she has gotten better and better over time. (I previously rated Zoundz three stars, saying it would be five if it weren’t for a log-on problem and lack of response from customer service. The problem recurred on July 4th, when fireworks were booming and fizzing from three locations. I finally was able to pay for an extra subscription even though mine was ongoing, after a dozen or so tries, so our cat’s anxiety quickly lowered. Zoundz got in touch quickly and even phoned the next morning to make sure there was a hopefully permanent fix.

A security blanket for my shelter pet🐾We love Zoundz!!❤️
We adopted our pup from AWS in Maine, the shelter used Zoundz to calm and help these stressed pets that have already been through so much!! Zoundz was playing in the room when we met our sweet puppy. While listening, we felt so relaxed as well! The adoption staff recommended we download Zoundz for the free trial to help with the transition home since many pets experience stress with new environments. As soon as we played it for the car ride home she settled right in. The first night home she was restless in her crate so we played it and she slept easily. She is now 6 months and still sleeps to it!!! It has helped when goes to the sitter, she feels at home when she listens to Zoundz.
We also rely on Zoundz for car rides, it helps her relax as she gets nervous. We started to take her more short rides with Zoundz and we find it helps build tolerance for longer trips.

This would be 5 stars except…
Tried to reach customer support starting five days ago — no response to emails or the form. Access had suddenly been was denied during a thunderstorm so we reached out. This is the only “treatment” that has helped one of our cats, who had been kept outdoors in a small cage for several years before she was rescued and we adopted her. Not having access to Zoundz meant she’d go back into pure terror mode. I tried to pay for a month, for a year, for a free trial, figuring it would be sorted out later. Neither of us could make that work either — even though the day before Zoundz worked fine. The day after the storm I was able to buy a year using a different device and OS. Still nothing from CS.

I’ve been getting charged monthly since last summer. I asked for a refund and cancellation. Turns out I had to go through all these steps to request a refund. Not happy!

Nice Idea, but did not engage my dog
Tried the 14 day free trial, but it didn’t engage my dog. That’s ok, no one program works for all dogs. But now trapped in a subscription that I didn’t want. It was supposed to be a free trial.but turned out to be a trap. Be wary!
