Little Cat is Much Better + 5 Star Customer Service After Issues
Our little cat was kept in a rabbit cage for two years before we adopted her, and her fear of thunder was painful to see. She was unresponsive and as if she wasn’t unseeing, just locked in terror. She didn’t even respond to our big cat licking her head. (He didn’t usually do this.) But this July 4th? She licked a saucer with her favorite treat when some booms were still going on. She was scared and wanted to be in her safe place, but stayed responsive, sometimes sitting against my leg. Zoundz is not instant mashed potatoes, it’s a commitment, but we saw a bit of improvement at the second session, and she has gotten better and better over time. (I previously rated Zoundz three stars, saying it would be five if it weren’t for a log-on problem and lack of response from customer service. The problem recurred on July 4th, when fireworks were booming and fizzing from three locations. I finally was able to pay for an extra subscription even though mine was ongoing, after a dozen or so tries, so our cat’s anxiety quickly lowered. Zoundz got in touch quickly and even phoned the next morning to make sure there was a hopefully permanent fix.

A security blanket for my shelter pet🐾We love Zoundz!!❤️
We adopted our pup from AWS in Maine, the shelter used Zoundz to calm and help these stressed pets that have already been through so much!! Zoundz was playing in the room when we met our sweet puppy. While listening, we felt so relaxed as well! The adoption staff recommended we download Zoundz for the free trial to help with the transition home since many pets experience stress with new environments. As soon as we played it for the car ride home she settled right in. The first night home she was restless in her crate so we played it and she slept easily. She is now 6 months and still sleeps to it!!! It has helped when goes to the sitter, she feels at home when she listens to Zoundz.
We also rely on Zoundz for car rides, it helps her relax as she gets nervous. We started to take her more short rides with Zoundz and we find it helps build tolerance for longer trips.

This would be 5 stars except…
Tried to reach customer support starting five days ago — no response to emails or the form. Access had suddenly been was denied during a thunderstorm so we reached out. This is the only “treatment” that has helped one of our cats, who had been kept outdoors in a small cage for several years before she was rescued and we adopted her. Not having access to Zoundz meant she’d go back into pure terror mode. I tried to pay for a month, for a year, for a free trial, figuring it would be sorted out later. Neither of us could make that work either — even though the day before Zoundz worked fine. The day after the storm I was able to buy a year using a different device and OS. Still nothing from CS.

Nice Idea, but did not engage my dog
Tried the 14 day free trial, but it didn’t engage my dog. That’s ok, no one program works for all dogs. But now trapped in a subscription that I didn’t want. It was supposed to be a free trial.but turned out to be a trap. Be wary!
App doesn’t do anything
I downloaded the app from Apple store and all it does is offer me the free trial which I got but now there’s no way to login. i can login on the website, but there is no login option on the app.
Love Zoundz, but app needs work
I’m a veterinary professional and we use Zoundz via the web player every day in our practice. We’ve seen amazing results with our patients. However, the app will only play one track at a time…then you have to close and restart it to keep playing Zoundz. If this glitch was fixed, I would give it 5 stars.

Give Zoundz a try…
Recommend installing Zoundz and giving it a try with your dog/s or cat/s for a few weeks to let the music ease their anxiety. Play it for them at home and in the car when they normally exhibit anxious behaviors and watch/listen to what it can do.

Works as advertised!
Our dog had severe separation anxiety issues that led to really disruptive behaviors. We were considering putting him on CBD or or some pharmaceuticals that our vet recommended, but decided to give this a shot since it was a natural and non-invasive solution. I’m so glad we did. We now play Zoundz whenever we leave our dog home alone, as well as overnight to help him sleep. It’s a very powerful tool and our dog’s life has improved measurably because of it.

Our vet recommended this app after I explained to her that our puppy was chewing up our carpet when we left him home alone. She explained to me that puppies go through a lot of separation anxiety, which once I thought about it makes a lot of sense. We play Zoundz as our vet recommended - 30 minutes before bedtime each night - then also leave it playing when we have leave our puppy at home. He’s now sleeping through the night and stopped chewing up our carpet. Worth every penny. Thank you Zoundz!

Huge help for my pup
Wow I thought our pup would never get over his fear of loud noises, but since I’ve downloaded Zoundz we’ve had two thunderstorms and a night of fireworks with no issues. We just played Zoundz and he was relaxed and calm like any other night. Thank you! Great product.

This app is absolutely amazing! We have a poodle and ever since the pandemic he has had anxiety. He constantly cries and walks in circles when we leave him downstairs we put on Zoundz it has help with my dog anxiety so much! He stops crying and is able to lay down.
