I have used for years and when compared to what is on the market this is the best solution out there. The app experience is streamlined and their support team makes every event better.
Terrible
Not enough time in the day to catalog everything that is wrong with this app. Business card capture does not acknowledge horizontal orientation of business cards. Marginal OCR. Recognized text does not get moved forward to the next page!! No apparent way to delete a parked lead. Can get “trapped” in some screens. I am technically savvy and I don’t think I’m the problem here. I’m going to be begging my BD group to move to anything else. Even paper or Excel would be better.

Awful in every possible way
Doesn't remember pw, time consuming login constantly required, illegible on iphone screen, horrible ui, hard to nav. Cumbersome to use = squandered lead gathering opportunities
Confusing and difficult
Another lead solution, another missed opportunity. This app is clunky and difficult to use. Also crashes a lot.
