not working as well as it used too
Ever since the most recent update, I’ve noticed that the app is not staying connected to my Stelo. I’m not sure if it’s a change in the app or in the most recent iOS update. To be clear I am still on 26 but the most recent version of 26. Fingers crossed it’ll work itself out.
Used to be good
I used to like this app but the last week has been horrible. The app is not connecting to my Stelo. I finally deleted the the app loosing my history and redownloading it. It finally connect but is not giving the same numbers as the Stelo. It has become so unreliable. Add to the fact that contacted the developer to let them know the dark blue icons ona black background make it hard for people to see the icons. His only answer was go to the forums and ask. Like the forums will do anything. Over all not worth using at this time

Great option for Apple Health
I’ve tried a number of setups and came across the Zukka app. It works great (iPhone 16 Pro, iOS 26, Libre 3+, Libre app, LibreLinkUp, Apple Health).
Abbott doesn’t provide a data feed to Apple Health. I tried a couple of different combination solutions, but this is straight forward and doesn’t require any third party stuff. Watch app is nice too, and the activity can even show on my CarPlay.
Zukka app in follower mode, with heartbeat tied to sensor via Bluetooth. So I get a pretty full set of data, limited only to when the Libre app isn’t collecting data from the sensor.
I’m Type 2 so I’m not linking to a pump or other device. Just my iPhone.
Definitely use the xDrip4iOS Facebook page for support. Read it. It will answer most questions, and the support is great.
And a big thanks to the developer who keeps it updated in the App Store.

EDIT: App works well now after 12ish week wait
Latest app update allowed stelo to be paired almost instantly now. Not sure why it was an issue before, but i’m glad it’s working now!

Great programme, works very well, a huge improvement over the Freestyle libre app.
There are only two small things that I would love to see in any future update.
Support of NTF to download smart insulin (novopen 6) data.
Also a quiet pre alarm, alarm.
Maybe 30 seconds before the main alarm goes off for low, hi etc, could we have a quiet vibrate alert. Then 30 seconds later the current main noisy wake you up alarm.
At night I’m often awake and would hopefully hear a quiet vibrate alert, 30 seconds before main alarm activates?
It would give enough time to quickly check the reason for the alarm and silence the main alarm before the main alarm activates and wakes my wife up, who sleeps next to me.

Great but..
Iv been using zukka since March 2026. I use a stelo dexcom. It’s been great but recently it’s been all the sudden stopping my readings. Idk why. It’s still Bluetooth connected to my phone and dexcom and I need these readings. I go into 30’s in my sleep and I’m scared to sleep and not knowing if I’m low or not. Please respond quickly!!

Move to this after the demise of Shuggah. I use Freestyle libre EU and the signal keep disconnecting. So you might think your BG is ok but it may have rises or dropped lower than you’d like.

Great
Excellent app which improves on the basic Libre app in many ways. Only flaw is the interface on iOS 26 where some elements are invisible in dark mode.

Rubbish app, NEVER connects or works.
Great Application
Shows more than the dedicated application and also works with watch when supplier UK application doesn’t.
Only issue I have is watch complication updates.
I think this is due to iOS restrictions.

I’m really liking the integration with my Freestyle Libre 3, Libre Linkup, Apple Health, and Cronometer. I’m finally able to make informed choices based on data verses flying blind. The integration can be a bit complicated at first and I’d like to see a more comprehensive write up on walking through integration.
I absolutely love the GMI and HgA1C at a glance. Please keep up the good work as it helps those of us doing keto, fighting insulin resistance, monitoring fasts, and impacts of diet and exercise.

Thanks so much for this app. It has really changed the game for me.
No connections- no fix after weeks
App updated to ignore old transmitters, but I no longer can find my new transmitter in the bluetooth search. It simply never connects, despite 20+ attempts and ways to try and get it to find it, including restarting my phone, force closing and then deleting and reinstalling the app and still nothing. Hope this is able to be fixed soon as this app was fantastic.
EDIT: It has been 6+ weeks, and I still have to delete the app, reinstall it, turn bluetooth off and on multiple times, before it ever connects- and still, it’s about 24 straight hours of fiddling with settings and reinstalling before anything connects, and no updates to fix the issues have been pushed. It’s been this way EVERY time I put on a new sensor. The app is miserable and basically does not allow me to use my phone for over a day as the app needs to be in the foreground to make a connection. I loved this app but i’ll be holding out till another Xdrip app comes out that is more reliable and doesn’t cause so much headache.

Used to use Stelo but can’t right now. Love this app!!!!! I’m now using Lingo until I can use Stelo again. Please consider supporting the Lingo. I do not like their app! Thanks.
Never connects
I have an iPhone 17 Pro Max and it takes over a day to get a new Stelo sensor to connect. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app over and over again until it finally decides to work. I’ve waited over 2 hours in the “scanning screen” before, for it to connect and it never did.

Stelo Failure
App simply won't connect to my Stelo. Have confirm this is an error on Zukka's part. Will update if they ever fix it.
