The app will not even allow you to log in, and the company gives no Fs about it
I’ve asked for a refund multiple times now and their customer service, their representative Moira Baker, and their owner all have said no even though I paid for this product almost 6 months ago and have not been able to use it. Stay away from them, Vet Prep is a million times better and their customer service are not half as inept as these people are

Used for BCSE and passed
Despite the app is still having some issues it works and the content is good quality. The customer support is really fast and effective
Poor Mobile Platform
The app is poorly formatted. The links to the study materials bring you to a page for purchasing memberships. None of the links correctly bring you anywhere. The app crashes. It’s just very badly made and super disappointing
The Definition of a Mediocre App
It is unbelievable that a company that charges such an exorbitant amount of money for LIMITED access to study materials can’t bother to build a functional app in the year 2025. Then again, I shouldn’t be surprised. Companies these days put profit over everything. Don’t even bother downloading unless you want to deal with constant logouts, buttons disappearing out of nowhere and not reappearing, and having no access to your study materials. So essentially, you’re down 98.5 MB on your device for no real reason and your time wasted.

Lack of Technical Supprt
I have continued to send in issues like the app crashing, login issues, and other problems that keep coming up and only get unhelpful responses like “reinstall the app”, login and logout, or they’re surprise because this is the first time they’ve heard the issue I’m reporting. There is very little help and a lot of problems with the app.

Crashes a lot
App crashes a lot or just simply doesn’t let you log in. I paid a lot for this program and I can never use it on my phone. Will be advising other students to just use vet prep

The app is terrible. Please spend the money that we give you and take the time to update it please. 1/2 the time for quizzes would be spent on my phone. I don’t have access to my laptop all day.
Not able to see lecture videos
This app was helpful before they switched over to Zuku “Learning” instead of “Review”. I was forced to change my password, so now I can log in, but I can’t see/listen to the lectures anymore.
Won’t open lectures or notes
It used to open for lectures and notes, not anymore. I can do questions but that’s it.
Very useful
I use it a lot and it helps me, but every time I want to watch a lecture I have to put my login information and password, even though I’m already logged in on the app itself. Also tried to contact support and the app just crashes.
Glitching??
Stopped showing me all my practice questions and progress I have as if I don’t have a subscription. Tried to log out to reset the app and it won’t let me log in. Was good while it lasted.

Won’t load questions on the iPhone app. Also, won’t let me type into the “contact us” box for bugs.

The app is amazing the only I would like to say is been more informative and explain better the X-rays. Thanks a lot for the app
App keeps crashing
Starting a few days ago, the app just keeps crashing whenever I try to load questions. I’m also having an issue where I’ve been soft-locked out of some questions I have remaining in categories because you cannot select less than 10 questions and it fails to load if you don’t have enough. I tried to access them through my “missed” questions, but I never got them in the rotation so they aren’t available there. My exam is in a few days and this is getting very frustrating - I’m glad this isn’t the only program I paid for.
