Don’t listen to their reply

Zula casino and its affiliated applications such as sportzino and fortune wins all do the same thing where they ask for an invasive amount of private information such as bank statements from several accounts and your vehicle registration in order to “verify” and “redeem” both of which will never happen. They then take that information and sell it which leads to loads of spam calls and emails. I “won” 50 and while waiting for my verification they “comped” me 100$ hoping that I would go and bet my winnings, when they realized I was going to continue waiting they asked for additional private information on top of everything they already asked for. Now the customer support team that’s definitely fake is running me in circles about closing my account. Don’t trust these losers there is a bunch of other great casinos that actually pay out.

Zula needs to have people verify before taking peoples money. You didn’t care about taking my money from a prepaid account but don’t allow people to use it for verification. Done completely with this app.

Huge verification problem

Where shall I begin?…… they make you jump through hoop after hoop to redeem, I swear I’ve sent Ssa paperwork, vehicle registration, utility bill…. Everything but a note from my mommy! Do NOT waste your time! It was ok to play, but this jerking around about the redemption is a little ridiculous

I have sent everything they have ask me to send. But they just keep resending the same email. I answer the email they resend the same one again I have seen so many people have this same problem if I could talk to a real human that would be helpful. been dealing with this issue for about a week now. This is by far the worst casino I only wished I’d read these comments before wasting my time money and energy sending ridiculous amounts of documents for verification and being accused of having multiple accounts and false name because I kept my maiden name and hyphenated my married name and haven’t changed my dl because my lawyer said I didn’t have to it’s changed with ss I have star real id I’ve opened bank accounts and cashed out on several different platforms no issues I asked them did they want my dna and fingerprint! How can they get away with this class action lawsuit in order I’m calling contact 6 tomorrow

Terrible customer support

I wish I can give this a zero rating. I’ve been trying to verify my account for the last 5 days and each time it’s a new issue. There’s no human support. Every time I report an issue, I get these robotic automated response. They are quick to allow you to spend money on their app but won’t allow u to verify your account to withdraw. Don’t waste your time or money on the app.

In 2024 I cashed out once a week or every other week.
-> In 2025 I cashed out twice…….the entire year.

I didn’t suddenly become terrible at gambling, and it’s not a coincidence that they were banned from six additional states in 2025(they started the year banned from just 1). Now suddenly their algorithm starts to be wayyyy against you? Yeah right.


It’s worth noting that the largest game provider that they had on their platform left their US operations entirely. It was also the provider that had the most winnable games. They saw the writing on the wall with Zula’s algorithm and bounced.
