Points update
I like that we are able to earn points but I wish we could have more option how to spend them . We should be able to use points to get free decks grips or skate accessories depending on how many points we have . Maybe even use points to get half off on a skateboard set up with just the deck and board . Maybe in the feature points will have more use to them

Can't sign in
No matter what I do, I can't sign into the app. It either says invalid username or password, or it says cannot get stash ID from user defaults.
Broken
App doesn’t let me sign in no matter what. Even made a new account and I’m on a new phone now too and it still won’t work. Only the website works but it would be easier if this issue could be fixed. Have had issues with the app bugging before but now it’s completely unusable.
Can’t even use the app
I would love to rate the app if I could use it but you can only use the app if you sign in or create an account but every time I have tried to do either it just keeps giving me error notices…i wanted to check an order I placed and possibly look at more items but I couldn’t.
Didn’t work
Right when I was trying to buy something, the app crashed so I couldn’t get it.
Scam tactics
For over a week they have been marketing the “Pokemon G Shock” as a “in app” and in store thing. The day it drops they signed me out of my account (after I had added the watch to my bag), and prevented me from signing back in. Once it was sold out they updated their main website (not app) that it was in store only. Just a scam-y way to get people to download your app.

Waste of time
This is why I can’t stand when small stores like this get limited releases because they aren’t equipped for it and have no idea how to handle it. Tried to get the Pokémon watch and of course app crashes immediately. And constant error messages not allowing me to log in. Trash app and store, stay in your lane and don’t do anything that’s a hot commodity

Was good up until 7 months ago when the app logged me out and whenever I logged in it just told me that something was wrong with the app
Won’t let me login. I have almost 100,000 points.
Can’t use my points cause it won’t let me log into the app. It says there’s something wrong with it every time I try.
Sign in issues
The app makes me finish putting in demographic questions and then when I hit submit, it says “Mobile is required” but there’s no field to enter my phone number. Insane that I have to enter that info just to browse anyway
Login issues
It doesn’t let me log in through the app keeps saying having issues on zumiez side and hopefully can fix this bug i love shopping on there but would rather shop through the app than the website.
Overall
This app is great, it was all the cool and cute clothes I would want to have. But the delivery is terrible. I ordered some clothes for next day delivery which costs about $20. Bucks his was yesterday, and not only have I not received it I still have no sign that it will be coming tomorrow. I expect my refund for the $20 I spent on the next day delivery charge.
