Login issues
As soon as I opened the app it wouldn’t let me login. I have a bunch of points and don’t want to loose them for a simple issue

Cannot Log In For Months Now
Why would I need to contact customer support to login to an app? Seems easier to fix the issue and give the customer support a break. It seems a lot of people are having this issue.
Peak app
I’m pretty sure most of the bugs are fixed and it’s a pretty peak app. The people at my store are really cool and I found some clothes that look sick on me, download it it’s awsome sauce 😜

Most frustrating app I’ve ever tried to get in
I went into the store and they were like “yo you have a lot of points go use them in the app” so I downloaded the app and it hasn’t been letting me log in at all I’ve tried 100+ times, and like most people I went to the reviews and saw the developer say call this number so I did. I have been on hold for an hour just trying to log into an app, the entire experience is leaving a bad taste in my mouth.

Doesn’t work this app
I can't log in to the app even though I can log in on the web but the reason why I want to use the app is because I want to see my points but when inserting my phone number it says this "Cannot get stashID from UserDefaults!"
Item in the cart issue
Overall this app is solid but I am getting very tired of this set of bones bearings that I literally can’t remove from my goddamn cart I don’t want them if I want to buy something else it’s gonna charge me for these bearing I do not need. For context it doesn’t explicitly show that its in my cart but when I go to checkout it shows the bearings and adds up the cost fix the damn app I’m disappointed…

Bogus app
I’ve been a customer for about 10 years and I’ve never been able to log into this app and use/make a stash account. You can’t get ahold of any helpline and I just wanna use these stash points I’ve stacked up. Even made new accounts to try and log into and still no luck. Help us out and get this working 🤣

don’t waste your time on this stupid app
They took my money for my order and I still haven’t received any updates about my order and I’ve tried contacting someone about it and they take ALONG TIME to get back to you it’s been almost a week with none of my orders and they don’t give me updates nor is it letting me track it

The app has a Swiss cheese effect, took some screen shots… redirects to website, which references local store within driving distance, at which they are actively “signing you up” for an account which doesn’t exist when I log into the app. App tells me to enter a password, yet provides no active keyboard. Picked out a couple of things I liked when I was in the store. Have the catalogue to peruse more. Awaiting said $100 for today. Cheers!

App still doesn’t work
It’s been like a year since I last time tried the app, but it’s the same thing every time ”Oops Something tangled up on our side.” The only thing that works is the website.
love shopping at zumiez but the app has some issues
love zumiez but the app is so buggy I’m unable to track my orders and checkout is very frustrating having to constantly refresh or the app not taking my card saying error all the time

It won’t let me even log in so I can’t buy the item that is only in app only.
Account locked
My account has been locked or not working for probably a year I have so many stash points but can’t use them I’ve email no response and I’ve been on long hold times and finally give up. I mean I’m a working mom o can’t sit on hold all day. Do better Zumies!!

Can’t log into the app it keeps saying “cannot get stash I from user defaults” or but can log into online but cannot access my stash ID that I never even set up don’t bother trying to contact them you’ll have no luck I’ve been on hold for an hour and today is the 4th time trying and trying to email them is also a lost cause. never shopping with them again
