App is asking for mobile number. Where do I input my mobile number? Hey app devs. Stop vibe coding and fix the app
mobile phone error?
App keeps saying "mobile phone is a required value" during setup. There is no field to put the phone number into. Completely un-useable from that point forward.

Fix your app, doesn’t let anyone log in
The app won’t let you log in at all, tells u to try again later it’s been a month I waited to try again and it just doesn’t work, starting to think they are doing this so they wont allow you to redeem points since you can only do it off the app and not through the web browser.

I’ve been receiving an error message for the past year when trying to access my account. I’ve periodically redownloaded and ensured I have the most updated version. Extremely frustrating. I wish this would get resolved.

Wouldn’t let me sign in
Downloaded the app and made my account for the first time and wouldn’t work. I closed the app and reopened it and it said my account was blocked on the app, but not the website. Bruh

It never lets you login and its super annoying to have to call someone to help you log in every single time, please just allow the stash points on your website having it gatekept behind this app is awful

I love buying from Zumiez because I love the styles they sell. But unfortunately (this happened twice) I buy something and it’s stuck days of processing. So I contacted costumer service through email because they would not answer the phone. Then the automatic response system would say my order was sold out. They say it doesn’t take money from my account till it ships out, not true it was out of my bank account stuck on pending. I asked for my money back “still haven’t got it back it’s been a week, but I’m sure I will. I also asked for a gift card that was the same amount as my order but they only gave me 15$. I really wanted this item and I’m very disappointed and frustrated and at this point I’m not sure if I’m going to buy again from them.
