That's what I expect a mobile app experience to look like
What stands out to me with Zuper is how much stronger the mobile app experience is compared to most trade-specific software. That matters more than people realize because when the field experience is clunky or inconsistent, it becomes unpredictable how the team will actually use the software. And when usage is unpredictable, it becomes much harder to build real structure and standard operating procedures around sales, production, fulfillment, and everything in between.
I’ve spent a lot of time working inside other platforms across the trades, so I don’t say that lightly. Take the feedback for what

Clunky
The app is not the best. Too many click just click things it feels like and it pretty unstable even if you update it every day like it seems. Crashes in the middle of certain tasks and you generally have to search for some two and three times as it likes to disappear while in the middle of typing. It could be much better!

Absolute garbage with no support
Talk to text does not work. Have to manually write out all notes. When I go to settings in the app and choose Help center, it goes to a dead webpage. I guess they figure since we have to use this app for work, they don’t need to offer any support.

New layout
Old layout for tables was better where the details where on the side and you could switch between other tabs on other side
FIX IT AGAIN TONY
I was hoping this app would streamline my workflow. What I got instead was a digital dumpster fire wrapped in a user interface that looks like it was designed during a caffeine withdrawal.

Ok app to use. Our company changed to this from another one. This app doesn’t update fast and way to many promps and buttons to push to create a job and finish it. Definitely has made by billing time as a technician worse.

Game Changer!

Whenever im having an issue they are always a message away and they always handles everything in a good time frame. I also love the support team extra well because they go above and beyond to help me but to make sure I know how to fix it so that next time I can do it on my own. They always triple teach & triple inform. And over achieve. I love how you can tailor zuper to your company business needs. And if they need to make an hard changes and expectations they are an open book to resources and feedback.
