Paid but No credits

I paid for the PRO subscription for three months. My account shows PRO, but I have 0 credits and the app says I will receive 0 credits on the next recharge. When I try to create a song, it asks me to subscribe again. I contacted support and I’m waiting for a solution. Very disappointing experience so far.
