Paid but No credits
I paid for the PRO subscription for three months. My account shows PRO, but I have 0 credits and the app says I will receive 0 credits on the next recharge. When I try to create a song, it asks me to subscribe again. I contacted support and I’m waiting for a solution. Very disappointing experience so far.

Not Good at all
This app is NOT what It seemed to be. The quality is horrible anf it does not even let you cancel it, not even through my subscriptions through my IPhone!! I am outraged! It also charges you more for everything! I WANT my money back and no further charges to be made on my decoy card. Very disappointed!

The front and to be terribly difficult and in the original trial, it’s not the same as when you download the software. I will probably ask for a refund since I’ve only had this for 10 minutes and I can’t record my own voice to hear in a particular song.

Problem
I could make a song or video. It kept saying “oh something went wrong”.
Poor customer service
Did several videos and they were good. As I did more and paid for the subscription all of a sudden the videos give me different people and other issues. I emailed several times and was only told that it got sent to someone else twice and that was it. Never heard from them again, no credits returned, not a single thing. Very unfortunate because the videos that did work fine were very good but their customer service is lacking. Hope they fix that but for now I am taking my business elsewhere. Oh and I had to cancel my subscription twice because I found out after I cancelled it the first time I still got charged.

Could be more forthcoming about their fees/rates
Sooo, I saw their advertisement on Instagram and I thought hey why not. The had me to speak or sing one of my favorite songs and then they were supposed to sing the music I selected and send it to my email. Never happened. Instead, it directed me to download the app and then pay again… it’s not forthcoming at all.

The create video option loads the wrong picture, wrong song, all for $$. I complained and they refunded my dollars. It’s a great idea if they can get it to work.

I downloaded the app same day cancelled it funds were taken out of my bank account but Zurna says they are not showing me as a customer but the money is coming out of my bank account. Don’t fool with this company
