Love riding the scooters. Would be nicer if pausing it wouldn’t continue the timer. And I find the unlock fee annoying but I understand it.

Slower than they used to be
New scooters - great but sneakily slower than the old ones used to be - longer journey times - costs more! Otherwise great

Poorly designed app
It’s 2am and I’m trying to get home in -5 temps. No matter how many CLEAR photos of my license I take it refuses to accept it. Poor poor app designed to screw over people rather than help them. Typical government tryna use up money before the budget refills smh

Front break
I went on a ride this morning and found the front break lumpy and uneven but unfortunately it started to drizzle with rain as I slowed i was using both front and back brakes but where the front brakes kept grabbing now and then the front wheel slipped luckily I wasn’t going very fast but I still ended up bumping my knee I can’t completely blame the brakes as I say it had started to drizzle with rain which made the roads a little slick although it was my first time using zwing scooters I do own one myself but stopped using it a had a few warnings from the police about it being illegal to use on the public Paths and highways so after being stopped again a few days ago I decided to do it the legal way and hire one. The ride and speed was very good tbf just shame about the drizzle which most probably didn’t help

Unlocked it supposed to have 21% but wouldn’t go!!! Load of rubbish
Terrible experience
It cut out after about 20 metres, I had to walk it alot of the way. Alarm kept going off, very I predictable and dangerous to do that.
Had to push it the last 50 metres and then it wouldn’t accept the destination to park it saying it was out of business district area.
I want a full refund. A 10 minute journey took 15 mins and then it would switch off to end my journey so it ended up about 26 minutes instead of 10!
I’m not using them again!!!

Great when the scooters play nice
Ideal, cheap mode of transport when all goes how it’s supposed to. However, I have had many rides where something goes wrong. The scooter has gone offline whilst I’ve been on the road; I’ve not been able to end my ride (one time it wasn’t recognising the scooter as being in a parking bay); braking and sharply slowing down whilst I have the accelerate button down etc.

Tried to verify over and over and over for about an hour, it keeps failing.
And before you say, nobody answers the support line.
Safe yourself the stress and walk and the app is total garbage.
