Non operational for iOS users
The app currently does not work with Cyclehoop hangers as I learnt from a recent experience. The hanger was open and I have a big bike so wanted to test it out for size. Placed bike in, closed door and went through process to start a quick session. Door would not unlock. Bike then stuck on locker after multiple attempts over 3 days. Rang customer support on a Monday to be told that recent updates to the app have affected iOS users but android was fine. My bike was padlocked as I hadn’t intended to use it for more than a minute, so anybody with an android phone could have taken it in the time it was in the locker. It seems nobody is currently using these lockers and if the app doesn’t work I now know why. This will get resolved by the developers but I won’t be using this service again.

Nice concept but issues
Nice concept but the hangars are awkward to use and I can’t see which ones have availability before I arrive.

I used this recently in Maidstone when I went to the shops. You have to create an account but then it’s really easy to use. Would be great to have more of these dotted around.
