Great service in theory but battery was (once again) less than half charged, so you are lucky to get more than a couple of hours use before pedalling becomes heart attack territory.
We booked it for 8 hours to move stuff, it died after 2 hours and 3 miles.

Swift way to book a cargo bike, no fuss, seamless process and excellent customer service. Had a booking issue and emailed customer service and they resolved in less than 90 seconds. Battery replacement was also mega quick! Highly recommend.

Basic app that lets you hire a cargo bike. Clunky but app mostly works. Random problems logging in and support hard to get in time on the street. Battery life of bike often a problem
Great bike, easy ride
Enjoyed delivering equipment and taking a passenger for a ride. So many people were jealous of my wheels.
