Great service in theory but battery was (once again) less than half charged, so you are lucky to get more than a couple of hours use before pedalling becomes heart attack territory.
We booked it for 8 hours to move stuff, it died after 2 hours and 3 miles.

Swift way to book a cargo bike, no fuss, seamless process and excellent customer service. Had a booking issue and emailed customer service and they resolved in less than 90 seconds. Battery replacement was also mega quick! Highly recommend.

Basic app that lets you hire a cargo bike. Clunky but app mostly works. Random problems logging in and support hard to get in time on the street. Battery life of bike often a problem
Great bike, easy ride
Enjoyed delivering equipment and taking a passenger for a ride. So many people were jealous of my wheels.
Fantastic service and getting better
App used to be clunky - photo uploads to end sessions wouldn't work, app wouldn't remember me and I had to log in every time, among other annoyances. Those are all fixed and more. The bike itself is awesome and easy to use. Highly recommend!
Great experience
Echoing others about the app set up and booking for the first time has not been very smooth. But got there eventually. Used the cargo bike to take my kids around town and loved the experience. Will certainly use it more often!

Basic app that lets you hire a cargo bike and works ok. A bit clunky but app pworks. Several improvements would help make this better & easier for hiring.
Great way to hire e-cargo bikes
Easy way to book an electric cargo bike in Lambeth (and some other London boroughs, I believe). After a few teething problems the app is functioning well now. You can use the app to book in advance and unlock the bike when it’s time to ride - a bit like Lime bikes but cheaper and carries much much more!

Brilliant ! Used to collect gardening. Just like zipcar but way cheaper and eco friendly and easier rhan driving a car!
Super Service, Simple App.
What I really like about this app is it does what it says on the tin… Easy to use in a face… Works flawlessly… Great service. The Bluetooth component works fantastic for the lock, and it doesn’t draw down your battery in any particular way.really enjoy using the bike service and this app.

Update. Some early teething problems but things are working now. A but tricksy so worth watching how to videos, but it’s a good concept to be supported.
App does not allow you to enter a payment method so booking is not possible. (Despite the updated app the issue persists). Shame as this is a great idea in principle.

Yep - still doesn’t let you add a payment method, so you can’t use it. Please fix it once and for all!

Sluggish app, rubbish UX and little availability in my area.
App doesn’t work and terrible customer service
Complete waste of time (app doesn’t let you book a bike) and very unhelpful customer service. Use Beryl or something else.
