The relative ease of the rental with help from the hotel staff was good. The bike is a sturdy steel frame with solid tires. Meant only for moderate cruising, the bike served the purpose well. The brakes were smooth and strong. The only issue encountered was the internal hub ‘slipping’ in two of the three gears. It would be helpful if the bike had a mirror incorporated in the handlebars.

Joke of an app
Doesn’t use autofill feature and half of the time it will say invalid QR codes for the rental bikes. UI is awful and it seems like the developers don’t know what they’re doing with this.

Ok. Easy to rent. Needs maintenance. Handle bars are a bit crooked. Seat uncomfortable, but for a quick 30 minute ride it was ok.
