Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Atom5 at 40% against TrialMax App's 5%. TrialMax App's advantage is rating (2.5 vs 2.2) and ratings volume (99 vs 13). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
TrialMax App holds the better App Store score, 2.5 against 2.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TrialMax App has 99 ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 5% of TrialMax App's written reviews are positive against 40% of Atom5's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
TrialMax App ships an update every 3 weeks, Atom5 monthly. The most recent releases landed on September 19, 2026 and August 24, 2026 respectively.
