Amateurish non-functional UI
Can’t enter my pin. Submit button is covered by keypad. And even if you try to reset there’s some other bug in the UI that won’t accept a key press. Absolute trash!
Frustrated trying to access app
I'm trying to get into the app. Once the numeric keypad comes up to enter my pin, it won't go away. Can access the submit button can't do anything. Updated the app. Tried forgot my pin. Got pretty much the same result. Couldn't submit. Hard stop on progress
Very Confusing & Frustrating
Originally gave 4 stars as felt although issues was being useful. Since info coming though is confusing and second voucher sent as reward same code as first so can’t use. Emailed for feedback waited 2 weeks and told looking into and another 2 weeks nothing. So have deleted App ! Shame such a good idea.

Today I’m supposed to be in a covid trial study, I have the same comments as in my previous review but since then I’ve reinstalled got a new code it worked once. I have now another questioner with no access as it won’t now open, I just not going to bother with it.
