Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Toters توترز at 4.7 against Drox's 1.0. Toters توترز also leads on ratings volume (51K vs 1) and update cadence (every 6 days vs fortnightly). Drox's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
