This is an experimental app developed within the Vitality Research Institute, a research arm of Vitality, a leading health and life insurer in the UK. The app aims to encourage users to be more active and sleep better. The app integrates with wearable activity trackers to seamlessly track your steps and sleep so that you can work towards your daily and weekly goals, and get rewarded.
