About

Reform Baseball

Features

Reform is the training app for serious baseball pitchers who want to throw harder and stay healthy. Built and delivered by your Reform Baseball Performance coach, the app turns your assessment into an individualized, week-by-week program — and keeps it adjusting as you progress. WHAT YOU GET • Your Roadmap — see your goals for each phase (velocity, strength, arm health) and track your progress toward them. • A weekly program — throwing, lifting, mobility, arm care, and plyo work, laid out day by day with sets, reps, and demo videos. • Weekly check-ins — a quick survey each week so your coach can dial in your training around how your arm feels. • Video feedback — film the drills your coach flags and get feedback back, right in the app. • Reminders — get notified when a check-in is due or your coach leaves feedback. Reform coaching is process-driven and arm-health-first. This app is the delivery system for the program your coach builds for you. Reform is available to Reform Baseball Performance athletes. Accounts are set up by your coach.
