Amazing App

This app is exactly what I’ve been needing to track my functional fitness through a strength coach. Super easy and intuitive!!

Incorrect Percentages

Doesn’t read my percentages correctly

Coach Mash

100% the best prescription software in the entire performance industry. They are always 10 steps ahead of any competitor. I would never change providers.

Great

Gives good info and the pre workout questions are good, the only thing is it needs a built in rest timer like team buildr. Overall good interface and ease of use

Bad

Controls are hard to operate, video is muted by default and your exercises that require time duration don’t go into stopwatch mode. The time from start to timing on the stopwatch is only 3 seconds and it doesn’t have a countdown timer on the last 5 seconds. Overall, very poorly designed ergonomics.

Great workout app

Great workout app has everything and more that you need to get a good workout and keep track of your progress

Adding explanations

I think this would be really great if there was a little button to click on so you know what each thing means and it has a little description (like what reps are etc…)

Bells and Whistles

I see lots of cool stuff on Instagram I don’t see any of this cool stuff on the app🤦‍♂️

Best tool

Very easy for my physical therapist, and strength coach to get and track my progress right after my back surgery. And if need be I can contact them.

Exitoso

Lo mejor del mundo

N/a

To bland but helps with lifts

3 months in

Third month using the app and I’ve seen big gains

Alpha “John” Male

Great workouts! Definitely pushing me to my limits and beyond. Highly recommend using Linnea!

Great app

I’ll workouts show you a video of how it’s done and allows for you to account for weight used and reps

Suggestion

It would be helpful to integrate a timer into the interface. Specifically on each set, if it is timed you could click on a start button and it would time your set then when you hit stop it automatically inputs and moves you to the next set.

Elite!

The Altis, Westside Barbell, and Luka Hocevar partnerships go a long way. Great exercise library. Takes me 2hrs/month to program for 100 people across group and individual programs.

Trainers

Perfect

Above my skill set

I don’t feel comfortable with the gym. I think the machines are too advanced for me. I don’t feel like I have your assistance that I need. To get the full benefit of the workout that’s available here.

Ambiguous

At the end of the workout, I get a message that I have not completed all the blocks when I fill out the final questionnaire. I look back and I have no clue as to what block I’m missing.
