Field engineers, sales executives, insurance brokers, lawyers, medical doctors and nurses, public service employees can login as a call center agent and start taking calls through their mobile GSM line. Comstice Mobile Agent helps to get full call center reporting, compliance voice recording as well as ability to shield agent's phone number, ability to set their presence (break, lunch, driving to customer etc.). It can pick the agents based on their live geo-location and many other features. Comstice Mobile Agent does not require any mobile VPN solution. It communicates with call centers via Comstice Mobility Server. Businesses can host Comstice Mobility Server on their network DMZ or their cloud service.
