Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Express Chiropractic at 100% against Tommy's Express's 28%. Express Chiropractic also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Tommy's Express's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (4.8K vs 5). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
