Terrible billing system
I have been a loyal Tommy’s Car Wash customer since the day this location opened, and I’ve regularly taken advantage of their promotions while recommending the car wash to many of my friends and family.
Today, I believed it was the last day of my monthly subscription, but I was unexpectedly charged $25. When I went to the car wash to address the issue, I was simply told that nothing could be done. I did not knowingly sign up for a per-wash charge, so this appears to be an issue or glitch in their system.
It’s disappointing that after being a loyal customer and referring so many people, there was no effort to resolve a $25 charge or even properly address my concern. Unfortunately, I’ve decided to walk away from Tommy’s Car Wash.
There are plenty of other car wash options along Liberia Avenue and Centreville Road, and many of them regularly offer promotions and competitive deals. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and will also encourage my friends and family to explore those options and carefully monitor any charges made to their credit cards.

Contradicting billing indicators
The Tommy’s app is terrible at providing clear billing information. When applying a 3 month subscription, a user is allowed to uncheck auto renew, but a second canteen forces a user to acknowledge they may be billed monthly. It makes no sense. Developers of this app, please do better.

Auto renewal, after the promotion trial period moved my membership from “Basic” $24.99 to the “Works” premium $39.99.

Uses notifications to push ads
App itself works but using notifications feature to show me your ads and specials is what caused me to cancel and delete.
Wiper rear
Quality had to replace my daughters rear wiper blade assembly because they did not bag it. 3 later times they did not bag it again and again. At Quality Carwash on Waverly and Chicago Drive. I talked to those on Adams and 96 th and told them the problem continues. And could they pass the word.

Your app developers took the easy way out by validating only the month of card expiration and not the date.
New unlimited car wash
Staff is so wonderful in their help I had a problem trying to get through, but they solve it. Just took a few minutes wonderful.
Issues
Multiple app issues. Can’t turn off marketing notifications. Billed for a car wash even though I was still covered under a monthly plan due to app error. Hardly an apology from anybody working there

They are running ads everywhere! "Refer someone and we will give you bonus"
I referred 2 people but they found a reason to not give me the bonuses.

Great wash
Difficult to get into, they provide towels to wipe the water off, but they do not provide any cleaner for interior so you have to bring your own cleaner or do it at home

Bad news for competition: I have been a member of your competition up & down the street where you are currently located and I could not say enough,”but Damn y’all blow them away “!!! I could not be more satisfied, from the young lady checking me in,the app, the aftercare service for my truck,vacuum Matt-cleaning the hole setup was spot on as far as I can say! I am a satisfied customer member 👍🏼

Unreliable app
Won’t allow me to create a new account, add vehicle information. Would press save button and nothing happens.
App doesn’t work
App not showing my garage & billing info. Logged out, tried logging back in, app now doesnt recognize my email or phone number & wants me to create new account. Deleted app, reinstalled, same issue. Bill is due in 1 wk & I need to pause billing as car is not being driven
Not user friendly
This app continuously faults and prevents you from making selections. It is one of the most aggravating things.

It’s not allowing me to sign up as a new user. I’ve never used the app before and feel as if it needs a update
App request
I use the Tommy’s Express App when I run through the wash……but I have 2 cars in my garage on the app and when I run through I have to select which vehicle that’s being washed since one of my vehicles is a Dually pick up and wash costs more…..be nice if the app was Apple CarPlay friendly so I didn’t have to search my phone for which wash!
