Great wash
Difficult to get into, they provide towels to wipe the water off, but they do not provide any cleaner for interior so you have to bring your own cleaner or do it at home

I could not be more satisfied, from the young lady checking me in,the app, the aftercare service for my truck,vacuum Matt-cleaning the hole setup was spot on as far as I can say! Unreliable app
Won’t allow me to create a new account, add vehicle information. Would press save button and nothing happens.
App doesn’t work
App not showing my garage & billing info. Logged out, tried logging back in, app now doesnt recognize my email or phone number & wants me to create new account. Deleted app, reinstalled, same issue. Bill is due in 1 wk & I need to pause billing as car is not being driven
Not user friendly
This app continuously faults and prevents you from making selections. It is one of the most aggravating things.

It’s not allowing me to sign up as a new user. I’ve never used the app before and feel as if it needs a update
App request
I use the Tommy’s Express App when I run through the wash……but I have 2 cars in my garage on the app and when I run through I have to select which vehicle that’s being washed since one of my vehicles is a Dually pick up and wash costs more…..be nice if the app was Apple CarPlay friendly so I didn’t have to search my phone for which wash!

Doesn’t work
I have a gift card from Tommy’s Express. When I try to enter it in the app it says “We know you “ then only gives me options for credit cards. Despite what they say there are no menus to redeem gift cards. Worthless app.
Outrageous Price Hike
This isn’t so much a review as it is a statement. The Works suddenly increased from $25.00 to$40.00.

Wash is good. App doesn’t work
Nice beginning!
Just started with Tommy’s today. The cashier was friendly and helpful with my deciding what wash program that I wanted to get. And once my wash was done (loved the process, especially the little extra rinse at the end to get the soap off of the windshield and the extra powerful dryers, I was helped through the use of the app by Avia. Excellent customer service and a fine wash!

Unauthorized monthly billing
Tommys has continuously billed my credit card monthly for unauthorized plan. They don’t return phone calls or emails. Watch out for their scams and lack of concern
Not a good app
I just signed ip for a month coverage for car washes today. When i downloaded the app the letters that said “ sign up new member” and “sign in “ for members were so distorted that i could not read them. So i pressed the second one thinking i would set it up with that one. Once in i could see that was for members who already had a login.
After several tries i was never able to get back to the sign up click in… so im writing this review.

Won’t let me register
Just keeps saying “request unsuccessful”. Guess it’s Mister Car Wash for us.
Poor license plate scanners & service
License plate scanners don’t pick up my vehicle. Staff just stands there and stares, running through multiple cash payers before assisting subscribers. Had better experience at the gas station.
Wash
I used Tommy’s for the first time and was disappointed with the results I needed to go back to my normal company to wash the car a second time. I don’t recommend Tommy’s if you take pride in the cleanliness of your car.

Signing up not worth it!
I try to sign up online but the zip code that I kept on trying and different other areas near me saying the zip code was invalid! Making it impossible to sign up so using the app is pointless
