Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: AUST at 100% against Bluebook Exams's 13%. AUST also leads on rating (3.8 vs 1.4) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 6 weeks). Bluebook Exams's advantage is ratings volume (1.1K vs 31). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
AUST holds the better App Store score, 3.8 against 1.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bluebook Exams has 1.1K ratings behind it against 31, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of AUST's written reviews are positive against 13% of Bluebook Exams's.
AUST ships an update every 10 days, Bluebook Exams every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
