Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: elGrocer at 4.1 against REQUEST طلب's 3.1. elGrocer also leads on ratings volume (337 vs 25). REQUEST طلب's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
elGrocer holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: elGrocer has 337 ratings behind it against 25, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of elGrocer's written reviews are positive against 28% of REQUEST طلب's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
elGrocer ships an update monthly, REQUEST طلب weekly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
