Digital Cookie Mobile App's advantage is rating (2.8 vs 1.8) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 9 months). Digital Cookie Mobile App holds the better App Store score, 2.8 against 1.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Digital Cookie Mobile App has 154 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 19% of Digital Cookie Mobile App's written reviews are positive against 100% of West Seneca CSD's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Digital Cookie Mobile App ships an update every 3 weeks, West Seneca CSD every 9 months. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and September 26, 2026 respectively.
