In der AFS-Ticketsystem-App stehen Ihnen die wichtigsten Features zur Verfügung, wie das Erfassen von Zeiten, Verwalten von Terminen und die Dokumentation von Ereignissen. Die App spielt perfekt mit der Desktop-Version zusammen und kann optional auch mit dem AFS-Manager verknüpft werden, um beispielsweise Kundendaten und Artikel abzugleichen oder neue Ansprechpartner anzulegen. In den Tickets können verschiedene Einträge hinterlegt werden, wie Aufgaben, Artikel, Bilder und noch vieles mehr. Außerdem können von Mitarbeitern Zeiten auf die Tickets erfasst werden, was es ermöglicht, einzusehen, welche Tickets gerade abgearbeitet werden.
