Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Skywards Everyday at 4.5 against Trace Me Smart ID's 1.0. Skywards Everyday also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 months) and ratings volume (241 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Skywards Everyday holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Skywards Everyday has 241 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of Trace Me Smart ID's written reviews are positive against 27% of Skywards Everyday's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Trace Me Smart ID ships an update every 6 months, Skywards Everyday every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 7, 2026 respectively.
