Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: WorkMarket by ADP at 4.7 against GetAccept's 3.6. WorkMarket by ADP also leads on ratings volume (15K vs 14) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). GetAccept's advantage is review sentiment (69% vs 39%) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
WorkMarket by ADP holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: WorkMarket by ADP has 15K ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 69% of GetAccept's written reviews are positive against 39% of WorkMarket by ADP's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
GetAccept ships an update every 2 weeks, WorkMarket by ADP every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
