Verdict
The clearest difference is ratings volume: MyDolphin Plus at 8.9K against MerzApp's 2. MyDolphin Plus also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). MerzApp's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and update cadence (monthly vs every 2 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
