Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Slinger Connect at 100% against Tommy's Express's 28%. Slinger Connect also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Tommy's Express's advantage is ratings volume (5K vs 2) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 5 weeks). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
