About

FocusFlow

Features

You know what you need to do. You just can't start. FocusFlow is built for that gap. Instead of another list that grows while you avoid it, it turns the thing you are avoiding into a first step small enough that starting stops being a decision. BREAK THE WALL INTO STEPS Type the goal you have been putting off. The AI Task Atomizer splits it into 2-3 minute micro-actions: concrete, physical, in order. Not "plan your workout" but "put your shoes by the door". You start with step one and momentum does the rest. A TIMER THAT DOES NOT PUNISH YOU Focus sessions with Pomodoro cycles, automatic breaks, and an optional auto-start so continuing is never a decision either. Stop early and nothing scolds you. SOUND THAT HOLDS ATTENTION A focus audio library of ambience and focus music that runs with the timer and stops with it. FOCUS TOGETHER Co-Working Rooms let you sit in live focus with other people. Quiet accountability: no cameras, no chat pressure, just other people working at the same time. Join with a six-digit code. REWARDS THAT ARE ACTUALLY YOURS Finished sessions earn Focus Coins and XP and build a daily streak. Spend the coins on rewards you define yourself: the thing you actually want, not a badge someone else picked. ROUTINES YOU DO NOT HAVE TO REBUILD Save a set of steps and its audio as a routine template, then load the whole thing in one tap tomorrow morning. SEE WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED Insights show your real focus history, session statistics and patterns over time. Export your data whenever you want. FIVE LANGUAGES English, Turkish, German, Spanish and French. The whole app, including the AI steps, in the language you think in. WORKS OFFLINE Timers and tasks keep working without a connection and sync when you are back. FAMILY MODE Guard a child's phone from your own. Pair the two with a six-digit code created in your FocusFlow, choose the apps together on the child's device, and raise or lower the shield remotely - for an hour, for the evening, or until you say otherwise. FocusFlow never sees which apps were chosen or how the phone is used: the servers only carry "shield on or off" and a count. Changes apply when the child's phone is online. Managing Family Mode requires Pro; the child's side is free. FOCUSFLOW PRO Pro unlocks the full focus audio library, creating your own Co-Working Rooms and advanced productivity analytics. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it any time in your account settings.
